Looks a bit like a Mercedes CLS 550 in overall shape.

I like it.

Wonder what will be under the hood.

Looks like a fat 550 to me,I like the DTS better. This car just reek to me of a bland watered down dumbed down near luxury car like the Buick LaCrosse..oh wait......

reminds me of the ford fusion. i havent been looking at too many other new cars lately so forgive my ignorance of obvious references.

it does look kinda bloated.

Same here. I happen to think the Sonota looks beautiful on the road. every time I see one, my eyes are drawn to it.

As to the complaints regarding the common design language -- this is wrong-headed. Cadillac's new direction is perfectly suited to an American luxury line.

All that said, FWD has got to go. It has no place here.
