This year a Scion won a category for the first time. The boxy xB of Toyota's youth-oriented brand ranked at the top of the Compact Car category.

http://www.autopacific.com/

Looks like they've been around for about 20 years or so.

I think it's always good to have as many sources as possible; I never put all my faith in one source, in fact I figure if you check out 5-6 sources and all but one agree on a particular car you're interested in, then you're much safer then if you just go on one source like CR, CG, or JDP.

Still, like I said... that list just doesn't make much sense to me... but hey, I've seen crazier stuff.

Sports Car Porsche 911
Sporty Car Pontiac GTO

They labeled the GTO as a "sporty" car? It's got 400HP, that's nor sporty, it's muscle. Sporty is something like the RSX.

Re: Anyone seen this yet?

I dont quite understand how the GTO won the "sporty car" segment. As mentioned above, the RSX would make a better "sporty car" candidate or if not the RSX, I dont see how the Mustang didn't top the GTO.
