That's almost identical to the Road and Track R/T my sister almost bought last year (which she's now kicking herself over.... and so am I in advising her not to).
She came in looking at an SUV, got talked into test driving one, and spent the next 3 hours wearing those guys down, which she has alot of talent for and enjoys doing just for sport!

The car listed for $34,000 (it was loaded to the teeth, and had a $1000 dealer markup), and by the time she finished with them, she got them down to about $28,000 (including tax & title) without trading in her Camaro!
I told her the car's still new & in a year or 2 she'd be able to pick one up for alot less, to just save her money instead.
Bad advice.
The value of those cars are defying gravity, and like the mid 90s Impala SS did for a number of years, barely seem to be depriciating.
That will change with the mid-term refreshes and the revised interior, I predict. There are a lot of 5.7 cars in circulation; they'll hit critical mass and start depreciating soon enough.
Not just resale. By far the best bang-for-the-buck among new LXs is to find an SRT Magnum that's been sitting at a small-town dealer for several months. I've heard of some amazing deals happening, and there are still quite a few 06s out there...

Bling I think is the biggest factor and how well they fill out the wheel well. I wonder how much unsprung weight they add? Or did DCX do thier homework like Porsche and produce a tire/wheel package that weighs nearly the same as thier small diameter counterparts?
The 20" rims and tires are directly from the Charger SRT-8 (as is the suspension I believe), so I think it's safe to bet that the rim & tires on the Road and Track version of the Charger R/T aren't just for bling and either doesn't add unsprung weight, or it's kept to an absolute minimum.

They're two different wheels, although they look similar.

I stand corrected.
Like the former SVT at Ford, SRT at Chrysler does their homework, and occasionally their work drifts over to a mainline product.
