Anyone else catch the refreshed Aveo?
Anyone else catch the refreshed Aveo?
I know, I know... this is probably the GM car that would be voted least interesting to talk about, but my wife and I hope to have new cars by years end and the cheaper hers ends up being, the nicer mine is!
So I was looking around on chevy.com and came across the 2007 Aveo and was surprised at how good the refresh looked.
Not that I would ever drive one... but the wife actually LIKES small cars (was driving a 2002 Echo when I met her) and when she saw this she thought it looked really good. So I'm thinking I found her new car and now I can shop a little higher up.

If your wife isn't looking for a 'fun' car, then the Aveo will be fine. I've had mine 14 months and it does it's job well enough. Ride is fine, nothing wrong with it. Just not a fun car. All in all it's a good little car really.
I can't imagine the Yaris or Fit (that is SUCH a stupid name) will be anymore 'fun' than the Aveo. So if she likes the Aveo, go for it.
I'll be so happy to trade it in for a new Camaro...
Re: Anyone else catch the refreshed Aveo?
'07 Aveo looks good for a small car. It is priced a lot better than the Yaris and Fit. I'd love to see the Aveo get a 50mpg+ diesel.
If I needed a small inexpensive car I'd check out the Aveo. 5 star crash rating!!!
