I was thinking my 4th gen was a big car... until yesterday when I tried to put my car cover on my brother-in-law's '08 Mitsubishi Eclipse SE... it didn't fit!

I appreciate the technical achievement of a car with over 500hp being available to mere mortals, but I don't think I would use it more than a couple of times. And if it makes the V6 heavier, that's not good.

Now I don't have a problem with a 550hp Camaro, as long as it doesn't result in significant compromises to a 300hp model.

That wouldn't bother me one little bit. I'd want a nicely packaged, fun to drive car with a good power to weight ratio. Bandaide high horsepower numbers, used as ***** extenders during cocktail hour benchracing sessions, are of no appeal to me.
