I've been looking forward to an Alfa return for years. The way GM handled this whole Fiat thing though, has me too pissed to cheer.

The new Alfas will coming to the U.S. on a GM sourced FWD/AWD "premium platform" (that was supposed to be shared with Saab until the 9-5 replacement got cancelled. The new Alfas will also have GM souced "High Feature" V6 and possibly Northstar(?) V8 engines.

I hate to say, but what's the point of importing what amounts to a very expensive Italian Pontiac?
