Nah, too high dollar with such a tiny market. I'd rather them have a somewhat attainable product that beats everything else in it's price range.

AMG is really pushing the envelope engine wise. It's interesting to wonder why they didn't go with the TT V12 for the SLR.

Some auto rag needs to do a comparison test on all of the AMG cars to determine which is the fastest.

The 6.0-liter is capable of an astonishing 700 hp and 885 lb-ft of torque, but AMG engineers figure the five-speed auto would scatter itself like a grenade if all that oomph went through it.


OMG thats a torque monster...hurry up w/ that damn 7 speed!
