O.K.-I stumbled upon the 5th gen concept at popular hot rodding and I about fell out of my chair! It was the first time I've ever seen it. I just wanted to share that I think this is AWESOME! This retrofit is what I've been waiting very patient for. I love all camaro's, but this is perfect for chevy to return with in '06 or '07. This is going to blow away the '05 crustang. Just thought I'd share my feelings. BTW, I'll be the first person in line to buy one when they come out.

Great design, but:

1. It's not aerodynamic. The Colorado has a more aerodynamic front end.

2. Look at the interior to body proportions. It's Mini Cooper sized interior is surrounded by a body that looks just as large as the 4th gen.

3. It's way too retro for a carline that has always been progressive in it's design.

And finally... 4. It's been floating around the internet for nearly a year, and has been in Popular Hot Rodding Magazine at least twice since last summer.

It's fantastic eye candy, but it's definately not what the next Camaro is going to look like.

We all know thats not the car thats going to be coming out IF the Camaro does come out.

 

hey this is all new to me-that was the first time I saw it- It would be great if chevy does this, that's the type of body style they should go with. And guionM, it's a muscle car-not a family car, not Aerodynamic? Who cares, it looks cool, plus I've seen plenty of 1st gen camaro's that have stomped any thing that was aerodynamic.
