The article points out that Chrysler is not even sure if this car will be embraced by Europeans, yet they decided to build it there... Perhaps the cars built there will be for Europe/Asia/MiddleEast/Africa only, but even so it looks like smaller capacity plant is needed.

Bramalea plant went onto 3rd shift recently. Will Chrysler import any models from its Austrian plant to NA if demand requires it?
