2010 Chevy Spark
This is the production Chevy Beat. I like it Much better than the Aveo5 and more practical than the Beat concept since it is now a 4 door.

They say it will get at least 40mpg hwy and will be a 2011, also the Chevy Orlando will be sold in the USA for 2011 (HHR replacement?)

Just playin'
Seriously though, this is something GM needed yesterday. It looks waaaaaaaaay cooler/better than the Aveo and it looks better than the concept. Hopefully for GM (and us too!), fuel will stay under $3/gal for another year or two so they can get us these new products and people won't "have" to go to the foreign makes for fuel efficient cars.

I think all of 2009 will be economically terrible, hopefully the economy starts to recover in 2010 and when it does you can expect gas prices to shoot right back up to the $3-$5 range. This might end up working out perfect for the Big 3. GM will have time to get out the Cruze, Spark, Volt, plug-in Vue/'nox, Astra and Ford will have a new Focus, Festiva, and EcoBoost in a lot of cars. Chrysler will have....I guess just the Dodge Hornet.
The new car look infinite times better.

I agree! While not a bad looking car, it looks VERY 90's to me and dated. Kinda has a neon-ish front end (headlights) and it kinda reminds me of the old Geo's. If GM brought that car over here "as-is" I don't think it would sell well (unless gas was $4-5/gal assuming this thing got excellent fuel economy.)
