200C concept: new 300 or Sebring?
it looks sharp. Actually reminds me of a C class kinda stance. Style is Chrysler and competitive.
Get away from the Sebring name. I don't think that does anything for Chryslers image. Avenger is a goof too. Looks horrible

A couple of years ago, I was invited to a focus group to rate a bunch of cars. I quickly figured out that it was underwritten by Chrysler and it was regarding the next gen 300C.
This looks like one of the styling proposals there. There were afew others which I considered better looking though.

According to what I've read, and what I've been told by my own Chrysler rep, this does look somewhat like the next 300, but its called the 200 for a reason...
Someone else accurately noticed the signficant size difference. This is a styling exercise for the next gen Sebring replacement. It IS based on LX, but its a very shortened LX...trying to show what the car would look like as a smaller, FWD based car. The big issue remains, will Chrysler engineer this car alone, or will it join with Nissan?
I'm a fan of both the current 300, and this car. As I've said on here before, the amount of cars I enjoy driving more than a 300C is VERY small...and all are sports cars. There's something about a big, comfortable, V8 American performance-oriented sedan I love. Just wish it had 2 less doors

2 years ago, word was that there was a good chance Chrysler was going to go RWD for the Sebring Avenger replacement because it worked so well for the LX. Now, its anyone's guess...
Can they effectively shorten an LX, and give enough of a cab-forward-like greenhouse to make this work? I have no idea. I'd LOVE to see Chrysler go RWD with these smaller cars as well, and give them chassis tuning that works. Anything is better than what we have right now for midsize
Chrysler's original mission under Cerberus was "we don't have to be the biggest volume, so long as we can be niche and make money"...hence the RWD idea. I don't know WHAT they're thinking anymore...
