Yes. The 3v engine makes well over it's advertized horsepower.

350 horsepower is relatively easy by my understanding. The Bullitt Mustang is supposedly making just about 340 out the box by my sources, although Ford's advertizing very little change. The engines are made to be modded anyway.

I suspect nothing more than a programing change with Bullitt spec intake is enough to hit 350.
