Re: 2008 Wrx

Well, that doesn't exactly look attractive I thought the '04-'05 models looked pretty good...Then the front end got pretty ugly the last two years but I could still stomach the car...This new one looks horrible, at least in those photos...Well, maybe not horrible but it looks really soft...It's just not at all aggressive looking

Re: 2008 Wrx

I have no problem with the hatchback and wouldn't mind a name change from "Impreza." I wonder if it will have the old designer's nose? It's less apparent in the B5 concept referred to in the article:

EDIT: sans images

Please don't post/hotlink my pics. A URL link the page with the photos is fine however. Thanks.

I thought that was the point of being able to post pics on the board?

I much prefer the EVO X coming out. http://forums.evolutionm.net/showthread.php?t=153295
There's a lot of better pics, I'm just lazy.

We can't allow sites that haven't paid for the rights to publish our photos to display them...hosted, hotlinked or otherwise. If one of our clients buys the photos and everyone else re-publishes them, its not really fair to our clients, not to mention it violates our copyright. We also wouldn't stay in business long if everyone re-published. Our clients wouldn't have any reason to buy images then.

Re: 2008 Wrx

Minus any details which are not visible, it looks like it will have much cleaner lines than the previous car....Kinda like the newer Legacys.

Nope, still a pretty bland design. It looks like the car will finally get a boost in the power department though.. 330 hp.

330 hp on the standard WRX? Wow, if the current WRX stays in the price bracket, then it may have a better bang for the buck ratio than a certain pony car.. While being more compliant, better handling, and pratical too. You just have to live with the ugly looks..

Re: 2008 Wrx

Don't really care for what I saw.. I'm not a fan of the latest version that's on the road now. The hood is kinda fugly.. Don't like the split grille type thing.

I like the other WRX STI's... THat front end w/ the round headlights looks nice. A buddy of mine in town here has a pretty nasty one! We avoid racing eachother... I think we're both afraid to get beat......we both know we're fast.
