That stereo needs to go. I know the viper isn't a luxury car but the 1996 Neon deck doesn't belong in a $80K+ car.

 

That entire interior needs to go. It looks like it came straight out of 1995, like they preserved it for us. Also, those wheels are absolutely hideous. The coupe looks damn awesome though.

 

I'm with ya. It's inexcusable, especially given how much the Vette's interior has improved since the C4.

The Viper, when it first came out, was hot, but I guess they've decided to do what porsche has been getting away with now for years! That is to make the car look a little bit different, while still keeping the overall look almost exactly the same (gotta love that German engineering). The Viper does absolutely nothing for me. Some people have more $$$ than brains, so I guess in that segment, they'll still be able to sell a few of these things, but that's JMO. My $$$ would go right to the Z06, I wouldn't even have to think about it.

Name a 600HP car that sells for less. At ~$90K, it's only marginally more expensive than the Z06 on a $/HP basis.

I can't imagine that the Europeans are happy about this "little" skirmish between GM and DCX.
