Looks pretty good, although from what I see, it looks the same in the rear as the earlier model. I wish GM would stop doing that...shake it up a little bit more.

If I had been at that autocross in person, I would have taken a bunch of pics from a bunch of angles... but I wasn't, so that's all I have.

Not a negative comment - because I actually like the design - but a question to ponder...

Remember a few years back when 20/20 or Dateline or somebody did a bunch of specials on the cost to repair a 5mph frontal collision with a parking pole? Something like $500 or less to repair it is "acceptable"?
What in the world would it cost if this car were to hit a parking pole at 5mph? The grill HAS to be gone, radiator and a/c condenser, valance, hood even? Fog lamps if on the side?

I just don't see how carmakers can put out vehicles with essentially no front bumper. Chryslers are ALL going that way... 300, Sebring, Neon, Nitro... all of them.

I just can't help but think that the insurance on cars like this isn't going to be a smidge higher than for a car with a true, rigid front bumper.

The CTS shown is the production CTS.

The photos are from Jalopnik.com

Is it just me, or does that rear shot show how tall and narrow this car is? I thought they widened the track on the new one (?). Maybe it's just a perspective thing...

Pretty much what I saw at NAIAS. I also saw one driving on the road uncovered 2 months ago. Same color too - thats probably the same one.
