2007 NAIAS..what can we expect to see?

Two months until the 2007 NAIAS.

What can we expect to see and what might we be surprised to see? GM, Ford, Toyota..doesn't matter.

Camaro convertible concept
08 Cadillac CTS
08 Malibu

What else?

That's Chicago.

Detroit I'd expect the Camaro 'vert, Cadillac CTS has already been announced. The plug-in hybrid (still might be a SAAB) seems to be the speculation of the on-line mags.

I just have a feeling that the '08 Malibu will be New York bound.

But, I also have a sneeking suspicion that Pontiac will surprise in a big way on this show scene. They're not doing that tooling in Wilmington for nothing.

Interesting I thought the Caddy would be NY and the Chevy would be Detroit or Chicago. Either way it will be interesting. Anyone know if Saturn will have any new concepts this year?

Also what is going on with the H2? It seems as though it should move to GMT900 but nobody has been talking about it. And then there was talk of a Hummer pickup (outside of the H3T), maybe even a 3/4 ton.

I don't think there would be any way that GM would not debut the CTS at Detroit.

Saturn will have the new Vue, i'm not sure where that is going to debut, also there's another new saturn model that has yet to make a debut. Judging from what I saw a few days ago, this vehicle is ready to go and just needs to be introduced, then shortly after production should commence.

This new Saturn I saw...will please many folks.

I expect a production Vue and the Ion replacement from Saturn.

I am also expecting something from Pontiac, that may or may not be huge.

The Enclave is LA. I am guessing the VUE is LA as well, and apparently there is a hybrid SUV at LA as well (Yukon?). So the 4th vehicle at LA is a mystery, it could be the Saturn Astra as lots of Saturns have debuted at LA.

Detroit I'm expecting Camaro convert, Impala concept, Malibu, CTS, maybe the Blue Devil, and we also are going to be seeing the 08 T355s at some point. Also the Cobalt MCE and STS MCE (though it's probably the same as the China SLS), H2 MCE, Aura Red Line (?), Aura Hybrid, G6 GXP.

For real ? I wouldnt think theyd show that this early given the 2007's are still early in the model year . Hopefully theyll announce if the SS is getting the LNF then .

And hopefully theyll spill ALL the beans on the Astra . Im dying to see if there gonna bring the Astra VXR 3 door over too as a Redline .
