Wow... looks like it'd definitely waste a C6 Z06 in the 1/4-mile, but I wonder about the road course?

Looks veeeery nice too.

Do they also mod or are they at least planning on coming out with packages for the Z06 as well?

Re: 2006 Lingenfelter Corvette C6

I'm sorry, but $87,000 in addition to the cost of car itself? They must be on crack, 725 hp or not. I think I could do better with a Z06 and 70 grand in mods . Add to that, its not even street legal! Stupid IMO.

I would like it a lot more if it looked stock except for a nice set of wheels.

#1: Looking at the pics, who would spend all that money on that car, and NOT opt for the navigation system?

#2: Ligenfelters hold their value well compared to most tuner cars

#3: You are getting a very well-built automobile, something you can trust.

#4: You can buy those cars without all the other stuff. I know a guy w/ the motor/turbo package and nothing more. Looks, sounds, and drives like a bone stock C5, until he hits the gas hard.

#5: People WILL buy this car.

i'd rather just get a Z06 and then throw twin turbos on it. i mean it's a nice car and all, but not street legal?????

Uhh....for an extra $87k you get +220hp and a body kit? I'd hope you get a warranty with that.

"Warranty? No, but here's some complementary KY and there's the barrel. Someone will be with you in just a minute."

It should make everyone appreciate that Chevy was able to give us a Z06 for $70k even more.
If you take away the twin turbo's what's the difference?

Anyone read this? "This package is for off road use only and is not represented to be emissions legal for public highways."

Re: 2006 Lingenfelter Corvette C6

Spending that amount of dough and not being able to drive it on the street would be absurd.

I'll take mine in Z06 form thanks......

Wonder what John would think of this.
