It's gorgous and the performance (it's a race car) should be mind-numbing. It uses a N/A 400 bhp "Swindon Racing Engines" tuned GM 3 litre V6. With the Toyota connection in the production car, i thought they'd use a race-derived toyota engine, but they went to GM for this one.
Car is a one off race-car, but it would be nice if Lotus were to put out a slightly-less radical production version as the companies flagship car. Price it at around 70k, and it would blow just about every other vehicle away (even c6 z06). If not, i wish some of the styling cues would make its way into the production Exige.

Re: 2005 Lotus Sport Exige (race only)
How about the Elise? My friend in Miami got his yellow Elise this month.. In the end, I think he spent about $50k flat to get it in his hands.. (taxing, shipping, etc) (i knew the supposid original $35k list price was a optimistic)
