I like the drawing and the pic of the blue car.

(Too soon to nag about the details...)
Actually, one thing I was hoping for was some of the wheels from the Holden series. Those HSV cars got purdy wheels.

I don't think that is the size the real overhang would be, that is just how the guy drew it.

Looks pretty cool too, might be better than the other one. The front is still really close to the 04 though.

That is an '04 with a different hood, I guess they are going to sell it soon, check it out at http://www.newagegto.com

The thing that bothers me most about the 2004 is the rounded front fascia. If they had made it slightly more angular, like in the pic I posted, I wouldn't complain at all.
I could very easily see this as an 2005 GTO. GM seemed to rush the 04 here and didn't spend all the time needed to make exterior changes that would distinguish it as a GTO over a rebadged Monaro. Now with another year of development time and more budget the 05 will certainly get a much needed hoos scoup, more aggressive nose and maybe true duel rear exiting tips. Not to mention a little jewel Gen IV LS? under the hood, 400hp....
Now that will be the GTO many were looking for!

I think the perfect mix would be to use the front end from the first; tach, and exhaust from the second; and the paint and hood of the third.
