V8!?

I figured the Impala would have it but I never put 2 and 2 together and figured the Grand Prix would also see it. Great news!!

Thats great. I love the styling on the new GP's, but I couldnt live with a V6 car that big. This changes everything though. Does anyone have an idea how much it will be with the 5.3. Also, is this the same small block from the trucks or a new one?

sweet.
I'll take a 2005 GXP, a new hood w/ a big bulge, and a new magnacharger to toss on the 5.3L !

Then you have a mean *** 4dr. that goes ~110mph or more in the 1/4.

Sounds cool to me.

Just be sure to start in the lane opposite the direction of torque steer.

I assume it HAS to get the 4T80E...if a 4T65E can't live behind a 3800 any beeifer than a Series III at 260hp...then it sure as hell won't last behind a torquey V8.

Now if they made a TWO DOOR...oh wait, thats a GTO. Too bad its kinda expensive for me
