2004 GTO is looking like a good deal now!!!!!!! $27,199

Just noticed on pontiac.com http://www.pontiac.com/currentoffers...and=DIVISIONAL

2004 GTO now has a $3500 rebate.

If one could get a M6 GTO for invoice + rebate that would be a sweet deal

$30,699 invoice - $3500 rebate = $27,199

I bet if they threw a $1000 rebate on 4 months ago the car would have sold a ton better all summer and they wouldn't be in this mess now.

Add the Woodward GTO front end and hood and along with the LS2 they won't need rebates to sell........ well maybe $500.... you know how GM customers are now

I totally agree... they waited WAY too long to play the rebate game with this car...

Now, with the 2005 just around the corner with 50 more ponies, they really painted themselves into a corner... but, better late than never, I suppose.

My buddy (a GM employee) just got a black six speed for GMS - 4500 dollar rebate (employee special for a limited time), bringing him down around 25k plus tax.

Pretty freaking sweet.

The lowest I've seen a local dealer advertise was under $26K. And that was for more than just one unit, too.

And not too long ago some people were paying MSRP plus market adjustment.

Re: 2004 GTO is looking like a good deal now!!!!!!! $27,199

The only incentives available on the GTO based on the GM site and Pontiac Site are the low rate GMAC financing with the $3,500 GMAC Bonus or the $3500 GMAC bonus if financed (regular rates)/leased through GMAC.

There is NO $3,500 rebate, there is NO $3,500 GMAC bonus unless you go through GMAC.

Actually it is
• $3,500 Cash Allowances
OR
• 0.9% APR for 36 months plus $3,500 GMAC Bonus
• 1.9% APR for 48 months plus $3,500 GMAC Bonus
• 2.9% APR for 60 months plus $3,500 GMAC Bonus

You get the $3,500 even if you finance though someone else or with GMAC low rates. Notice how it is listed/worded the same way for all 2004 Pontiacs. (at least in the Northeast)

What darth said. Good deal, but a bit late on the incentive game. Did they had to wait till word of the revised Ls2 GTO was official before offering them? Even @ 27k, many will probably still hold out and pay msrp for the 05's when they debut.

they started to adveritise deals on the gto on the radio, rebates and low leasing.. its about time and at 32k I thought the gto was a good deal. 27-28k is just plain awesome. It may not be the flasiest car on the block but its a great deal at that price.
