Looks way too Japanese... I understand they want Buick to compete with Lexus but absorbing their design philosophy is not the way to do it. Especially since I don't think the Japanese have all that much styling to mine...

Yeah, China will become the base of Buick. The Park Ave debuted there as well.

Don't have the exact numbers in front of me, but Buick is bigger by far in China than it is here. As a result, GM China is all but taking the lead in design for Buick.

That includes future Buicks made and sold here.

Even though the Riviera concept debut in China, it might be worth keeping track of. If it evolves to makes production, it's probally better than 50/50 that some form of it will be sold here.

If nothing else the Riviera concept may hint at the next EPII Buick Lacrosse, or maybe that name will disappear for something 'old school'.
