It doesn't look too bad. Do we know any HP numbers or anything on it?

Looks good.

It's amazing that a company like Hyundai can pull something like this off for 07MY. Lutz will have another car to use for his "study" to see if there is a market for RWD inexpensive coupes while Hyundai continues to gain market share.

As I said on C&G, the front end and profile is straight of a Scion TC. Nothing original here. Even if it's powered by the "right set of wheels."

Re: '07 RWD coupe.........

I'll reserve judgement until I've seen the actual car, but . . .

Kudos to Hyundai for taking the time to do all the in-depth studies and analyze the market and decide that there may still be a few RWD die-hards out there. After all, we all know how long it takes to do these kinds of studies, research, and analysis.

Or kudos to Hyundai for taking a chance. Like when Iacocca MADE UP the studies to support the original 1965 Mustang.

GM. Stop analyzing. Stop rationalizing. You know in your gut what's right.

NOW DO IT.

Re: '07 RWD coupe.........

Ive read a V8 is also gonna available , as a v8 is already wanted for a large sedan . Design wise , with their and Kia's latest designs , it looks like theyve figured if ya cant beat em , join em . Lots of Honda , and toyota copycat design elements in both companies newest designs . I had alot of hope with GM's newest designs , but nothing Ive seen from them as far as concepts , save for the Sky and the Aura match the design caliber of that ....errrrrr , hyundai

It does not look that diffrent then the current model really. The current gen Tiburon looks much better then the scion. In person the scion looks like crap. Before you call them copy cats, remember that their styling came from an italian design firm before the scion was even announced.

For the record, Hyundai is a KOREAN company, not japanese. And this car better be a LOT bigger than the current Tiberon; I'm 6-3 and I can't wad myself up into a small enough ball to fit in that sucker.

Very few people know that about the Mustang (studies were fabricated to get it approved).
