I think the sig is fitting, isn't it? As for the Charger, I only had 3 weeks versus the 4 months I worked on the Camaro. Granted, out of those 4 months, I was going to school and only worked on it every few days and on the Charger I worked on it almost exclusively. With the Charger I also only had existing platform and style guidlines to go from, so it wasn't so much my design, but more me trying to make the best of what I had to work with. This was also around the time before any hard info on the Charger was made known.

I didn't like the Arkansas guy's comment about it being butt-ugly and the '99 Concept was the best ever. It was really sweet, but using a 99 concept as an '06 model might not be a good marketing move. To each their own though.

Ok, this is what I heard this weekend..... that picture might not be what it looks like... but it will be VERY close to looking like that. If that is the case, this will be a well sold car. The word "supposedly" leaked out by someone that I know that works at a chevy house... so who knows!!!!!!

 

ONELOUDKAR, I'd reccomend finding whoever you heard this from, and kick them square in the b*lls. KrisH IS the person who ACTUALLY made that drawing a long time ago.

Assuming that you didn't make up this rumor yourself, someone packed full of bulldroppings sent you down the wrong road.

 

Maybe they did... who knows but time I guess? I just think that it will be a nice car if something along those lines do appear. I am "not" here to start rumors either, I was just passing along what I was told.. truth or not!!

 

There IS a picture Kris is working on that will accompany a story in Popular Hot Rodding in the very near future that IS based on inside input and direction from people who have seen the Camaro (Don't ask how I know this ).

However, that Camaro that you linked most certainly isn't it.

ONELOUDKAR, if you dont beleive what these young men are saying then I suggest you get a hold of someone on this board by the name of REDPLANET That is Scott Settlemire Mr camaro himself. He works for GM & is a great guy & He will tell you THAT car you posted is NOT the 5th gen Camaro. Of course he will not tell you what the New camaro will look like or that it will even come out.

 

UM.......... where did I ever say I didnt believe what anyone on this board or has replied to what was said?
