Post Z06 Brakes on an LT1car

Could anybody tell me everything that i would need to put z06 brakes on my lt1 car. I know that some people offer conversion kits, but i have a dealership that gives me parts at cost so that may save me money. I know that they fit in the front, but do the backs fit too. I really want to get these brakes on my car, because I just ordered 18" zo6 wheels.
thanks
brian

I'm doing that very swap.

Some months (3-4?) ago there was a fellow selling adaptor plates for that mod (search out posts by "Lateapex" in regard to the Baer Track Kit post). There, he broke down the costs for everything complete with part numbers. (After I post this I'm going to look up the string/URL and edit this when I find it.)

Chris from (www.nashvillespeed.com/) purchased the design of this well thought out adaptor and can tell you lots about setups for suspension to go with the brakes, if that's where you're heading.

Take the time to look this stuff up. You won't regret it.

Yep, I'm selling that setup now. Z06 and standard C5 brakes are the same, only difference is the pad and the color of the caliper.

go to www.nashvillespeed.com and click on the link in the middle of the main page. I have gobs of info on this setup.

I'm getting more of the brackets in stock this week. Bob Bishop, aka "Lateapex" is still having these made, and I am the exclusive vendor for them. I did not purchase the design however.

Anyway, he was coming to meet me today with 18 sets but something broke on his car. So maybe tommorrow or Monday I'll have the bracketry in stock and ready to sell.

I just put them on my car 2 weeks ago and I'm loving them.

I'm selling this two ways. $285 shipped gets you two adapter brackets, bolts, and instructions. With that I can supply you with a list of GM parts needed to round out the package. If you want to get all of it from me, I am offering the brackets along with all the GM parts and instructions for $850 shipped. Either option is fine w/me.
