Winter almost over

Here in Alaska our Solo season is kind of short, so about this time of year we're looking very forward to getting back on the track and out playing. The first event is usually the first or second weekend of May. If any of you ever get up this way look us up as we would love to meet some fellow Camaro fans and have you come out to an event. You can see pics of our events @ www.alaskascca.com in the gallery section. I compete in E/SP with an 88 IROC and try to keep the Ford guys woking hard. The car has been parked since September so today I got to pull the cover off, hooked up the battery and start it for the first time in 6 months. Well, I wish you all the best of luck w/ your seasons, have fun. Darin

Man, talk about cabin fever! I was going crazy without my car and that was only for 4 1/2 months before I fired it up a few weeks ago.

Best of luck to you eating up the autox coarse.

ESP 89 IROC-Z Convertable over here. Need to get mine fired and running first but I can't wait to hit some cones, cut some good 60' times, and find some nice on-ramps in general. I definately hear what you're screamin'.

Anyone up there Solo with a carb'd 396 with a big cam and 4200 stall? hehe I got a feeling they'll not take me seriously this year with my auto slushbox.

We have a couple big block corvettes. One of them was very well set up and on race tires was always in the top 10. His was a 72 with a crate 454. I haven't seen him for a few years but he was always fun to watch.
