Post Weight distritbution on a 4th gen, f-body for AutoXing?

alright I have a 94 v6.

my setup suspension wise
-1LE, sways 32/21 mm with poly bushings and endlinks.
-235 Cooper Cobra tires(woohoo!) on salad shotters
-BMR 2 point STB
-shocks are old but they were stiffer then hell probble the best you can get, the front is stiff, and great, but the rear ones are very stiff but reboind kinda slowly.
-stock springs with 116k on them

do you guys think its better for me to slightly over inflate the rears to help them "get the rear around" better. Or should I be to worried on fishtailing and losing precious seconds, that I cannot make up on the straight aways with 160 base HP. Or should I have them lower then the front tires, to allow maximum grip?

Also I run no spare or jack, in my car pretty much everywhere, think I am better off runing less gas, keeping hte rear light, thus againe helping it get around better, or should I throw the spare, back in and fill her up be for I go getting more weight in the back to help the tires stick to the ground. I prefer having hte car light do to lack of HP, but maybe its hurting me.

jsut curiousl what your opinios are, with the tire pressure i am going to go a little extra in the rears, and see how it does in the first round.

I run a 3rd gen Camaro in autox and always fill up before the event. I also leave the spare and jack in the car. With this car, power is not an issue - traction is so I go for as much weight as I can in the rear.

Make sure you have about 1/2 tank of gas or more. I was at a bout 1/3 and some turns it would suck air as I was powering out of it. I would recommend you put less pressure in the rears to grab better comming out of the turns. Thats probably the most important aspect I think in autocrossing, how fast you can exit. If you want to bring the rear end around in a turn, you can quickly let off the gas (weight from the rear shifts to the center) then quickly press the gas back down to the floor (the rear is unweighted, in a turn, and now you ask for everything its got for forward acceleration while its trying to turn). Something has to give Im not sure how easy this is in the V6, but the v8 its pretty easy. Infact I do it a lot just by lifting (not usually on purpose either ) I cant really tell you pressures because each tire is different it seems. I like to start off high and tune it by going lower ('I understeered a lot so Im going to let air out of the fronts buy 2 lbs or so' type of thing).

Let us know how it goes!

yeah, the whole v6 thing, the rear doens't break away too much. I ran more air in the rear, and underinflated the fornt more hten usual, it helped alot with understeer, and I wasn't really tailspinning around, too much, i had a good 3/4 tank in the rear, I did pretty damn good, If I am right I would have pulled 3rd in GT-prepared, but instead I came 3rd in G-prepared, damn modded Imprezas, well at least they didn't slaughter me, only about 3 seconds faster then me.
