Update on Porsche GT3 kits for fbody
Ok folks, Mike is working hard and getting me back some info on his design. He thinks that there shouldn't be too much difference between LT1/LS1 spindles in terms of the mounting bracket, he will confirm soon.
As far as dimensions for wheel fitment, which everyone is very interested in here are the details:
The caliper overhang is approx. 1.25" from the surface of the hub and the distance from the center of the hub to the outer most point on the caliper is approx. 7.5". That means there must be at least 15" inner diameter of the wheel to fit over the caliper. It also appears there will be no need for spacers or long studs.
