Trailing arm relocation brackets...worth it?

Any opinion on these? I saw a pair on e-bay a few days ago and wonder if its worth my time and $. They were the weld on types. Do they really improve neg wheel hop? How do they compare to getting a torque arm instead? I have all my suspension done except for this.

Since this is road race and autocross, I'll note that you don't want them if you're autocrossing with the SCCA. They are not a legal mod in the more competitive classes.
