Look for a guy by the name of Jon Addland on this BB. He impressed me as being among the most knowledgeable persons I've come across re suspensions. He has a good deal of info on what those types of bars are made of, what they should be made of, and how you can make your own top quality bars for far less than they are typically being sold for.

I haven't bothered to investigate fully the business of changing mine yet, or I'd know more aobut it myself.

Without knowing the size of the tube from which it is made, I can't comment on its strength.

But at that price, I guarantee you the rod ends are cheap pieces of garbage that will rattle enough to drive you nuts very soon after installation.

Also, while the "knurled" center may look cool, it's worthless for tightening jam nuts beyond hand tight. Without wrench flats on the ends, tightening the jam nuts is a PITA.
