Help picking suspension components

My car is an original WS6 and had the 1LE (I think) springs on it. I thought I wanted to set up a mainly drag racing car and put the HAL/QA1 shocks and springs on it. Since I don't go to the track that often and with the car being a 6 speed I have decided to set it up for corner carving. I don't plan on doing any auto-x, but want to be able to take highway entrance ramps at 70+ mph with very little body roll.

This is what I have:
  • DeCarbon Shocks
  • 1LE Springs
  • 19mm stock rear sway bar
  • 25mm front sway bar (I think?)
  • BMR chromoly adjustable panhard rod
  • Spohn chromoly adjustable lower control arms
  • Spohn LCA relocation brackets.
  • Stock torque arm
  • All poly bushings

Can you guys give me some recommendations on what I should purchase? I plan on doing the C5/ZO6 brake upgrade also.

Thanks.

From what I have heard, (because I have yet to set mine up yet) it is best to get subframes, 35mm front anti-roll bar, STB, then coil-over shocks/springs.

as stated above.

a strut tower brace and a set of sway bars. i got the BMR 32/21mm solid bars w/ all poly bushings and endlinks for about $325 shipped i think. good quality stuff and it made a HUGE improvement on my cars cornering ability (even with stock springs/shocks)

something that is also very important is a decent set of tires, if you don't have good grip on a corner, all the suspension mods in the world aren't gonna do crap

suggestions:
firestone firehawk SZ50s
g-force kdw (kdws if you need all season...if not required the kdw give much better grip)

Should I put the original DeCarbon shocks back on, or should I look into getting some Bilsteins?

I would say Bilsteins. I have heard that the deCarbons aren't exactly the best shocks.

Copied and pasted from another post.. Heres what I have and my opinion

Stock springs
Bilstein HD's 297 shipped from some bmw dealership
Have Sam Strano revalve them for you if u want alittle better performance out of them
32mm front sway bar
19mm stock rear sway bar..

I have a subframe connectors, strut tower brace, poly bushing panhard rod and 17x9 SS rims with good rubber.

The sway bar made a big difference. Thinking of going 35mm but i dont want to hurt my launches.
Bilstein HD's made a big dfference.
Then the 17x9 rim with good tires made a big difference too..

Most important to me are the tires, and the sway bar, Bilsteins are icying on the cake, and the other stuff are the candles.
