crashworthy

Ive been to Watkins Glen and Pocono for open track days with my 02 Z28 coupe with just a helmet and 5 pt harness. Had the car up to 130 on the straights. My question is if I back it into the fence at 130 will the car fold up to the dashboard and rupture the gas tank? Or if I hit the wall head on will the engine end up in the back seat? Pictures, comments, stories will be greatly appreciated.

good question

I know triangular subframes will help hold the passanger compartment square better, when I was hit you can see where it stressed the SFC's but didnt bent the pass compartment much, it bend up and not into the compartment.

If your that uneasy about it a full cage and race seat would help.
