posted this message in V6 section and have not recieved any response, just wondering if anyone over here would know.

called SLP Friday and they said that the 1LE tranny mount is backordered for a YEAR!! does anyone know where to get one other than SLP. also how harsh are the polyurthane(sp) mounts? i have heard they cause unwanted noise and vibration, but i have also heard that this goes away due to breaking in? any help would be great thanks because my mount now is shot.

 

I bought mine at the local Chevy dealer over the parts counter.

My ES poly tranny mount didn't add any noise or vibration to my LT1/T56 car. I left out the preload plate on the advice of others.
