Anyone who was able to order these can you tell me if they are complete bushing pre-assembled with the inner and outer metal casings? Not looking for I should get poly instead, just a yes or no to the above question if you know. Thanks so much.
I ordered some a month or two ago, Have yet to install them though. but yeah, they come with the inner and outer metal casings.
I can find the part numbers if you need them, plus I have some pics of them could email them to you if you want.

Matt,
Several members have said that the arms they have ordered in the last year or so have not been actual 1le arms. They seem to be normal arms that are coming substituted from the factory. That was my reasoning with attempting to order the bushings straight out. How long ago did you get yours? They weren’t "superceded" by another part number on the part or package? Thanks for your time.

I got my front lower control arms about a month ago. As far as I know they were not a superceded part. I ordered them from Jason Cromer. I also tried ordering the 1LE tranmission mount from him and he specifically mentioned that it WAS a superceded part number, and a regular mount would ship. I passed and am just going to get it from SLP.
Is there anything to check to confirm the 1LE arm is indeed the 1LE piece?

I got my 1LE arms recently ( 6 weeks ago ) from Dal and they are indeed 1LE arms with solid rubber rear bushings. You do have to make sure though that you order the special castellated nut that fits the thread on the new ball joint, it is not the same as the stock arm.
Oh and yes they are significantly better than the stock arms, especially with steering response. STill not as good as I would like but better.

Just out of curiosity, may I ask how much you paid for them? I have the 1le bushings and was going to replace them in my current arms, however I think there is more rust than steel. It may just be easier to replace with new arms...
They were 123 USD apiece but Dal did NOT send the castellated nuts. OTOH you get a new arm with a new ball joint as well . I have heard that installation of the bushings is a PITA at least on rusted cars such as we get here in Canada. The thread pitch on the ball joint is coarser than stock but I'm not sure the ball joint is any stouter. It is very easy to see and feel the difference in the rear bushing when you have the 2 arms side by side.
BTW It sure is strange that the parts are made in Canada yet none were available here except on special order from the dealer who would not come close to matching Dal's price including the highway robbery that UPS calls broker fees.

doesnt sound like that bad of a deal. Are the 1le arms physically different than the stock ones (other than the bushings)? I like the idea of changing out my ball joints at the same time as well.
Any one possibly have any pics available of these arms?

I ordered my 1LE arms from Jason Cromer and he didn't send these special nuts with the arms. I ended up reusing the stock ones after much hassle. Now I know why it was so hard to get the stock ones over the 1LE ball joints.
Matt , the nut # is 10254330 . Had to be a special order from my local dealer. This can be confirmed when you order the 1LE arms as they tell you to get the new nuts ( which fit fine BTW)
