z06 wheels
z06 wheels
Gents,
Has anyone ever put Z06 wheels on a 4th gen? I have gone through all my mags and cant find a thing. I think that it would be cool. What is the proper back space and where can a dude get some. (Grey or what ever that dark color is on Z06's)
thanks for your help.

The Center Car is a 95 Z28 with Z06 Rims on it. You dont need spacing on them Because they fit but I wouldnt go Past 17x9s on the rims.
The only problem we have found is that the rear ones are PITA to get off. but WD40 around the center & they come off ok with someone under the car pushing them off & someone on the other side Pulling.
At lease thats our problem. I dont know anyone else that has this same problem.
We got ours off of ebay for about $1700 with Wheels & Tires. Brand new.
moore9911 is the companys ebay name. They were great to work with.

I have zo6 wheels on my car. They are not factory, but they look exactly the same. They are from a company called afs wheels. Check them out at www.afswheels.com They are very high quality, and fit perfect.
Here ya go............pics galore!!
I'm thinking of getting Z06 rims for my car one day (but that requires money, and lately I've been spending money like it's going out of style
, so it'll have to wait awhile!
) but I think they look really nice on our cars, and AFAIK, there's no modification required..............they bolt right on (someone correct me if I'm wrong).

I'm running a set of factory Z06's...17's in the front and 18's in the rear with ....the rears rubbed the inner fenders under HARD cornering... I ended up running a set of billet DRM spacers. I also run another set on road courses.
I run the following sizes:
Street 285/40/17's and 295/35/18's
Race 275/40/17's and 305/35/18's....Hoosiers
