y2k thin spokes...9.5" as wide as they come?
i'm looking into some rims for the Z...and i love the way the y2k thin spokes look. is there anyplace that makes replicas that are wider than the 9.5"
i think i'll be getting the 17.9.5's from ls1speed, but i wouldn't mind getting something a bit wider. what is a good wide tire to fit on a 9.5" rim? i was thinking 285-40-17 Firehawk SZ50's. i couldnt' find any decent tires that were wider iin that size. or should i go with a smaller profile?
i'm kindda inept when it comes to tire size.

any suggestions on tires that come in say 295 or 305?
and what sidewall do i need to keep similar diameter as stock so i don't throw off the speedo

I found this site for 18x10.5 Y2K vette rims
www.wheelreplicas.com
They show a 9.5 wide front and a 10.5 wide rear package but they say u need a 1/4 inch spacer.

what size tire goes on the 18x10.5's to maintain the closest tire height to stock?
i know the 17x9.5's will take 275-40-17's and have a tire height of 25.7", but what would fit the 10,5" rim?

335/3018=26.1" OD
I think the 335 would be too wide for the 10.5" rim so you would want to go with the 315.
