I want to know if anyone came up with anything to put it the front lower lip side of the front bumper so it wont get damaged.. i had mine painted 3 times already... i saw this spoiler guard for a z4 http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...ro/01D0034.jpg

 

Ive seen these rollers that you can bolt onto the underside of the front bumper, so your front end just rolls over the curb or sidewalk or whatever and lifts the bumper up. Ive seen them on vettes and such. But yeah, something like what you posted would work also. The way i have my front plate mounted protects the bumper if i happen to pull up too far. Here is a pic.

 

I have the same exact Xenon front as you on my '98Z. I have had mine painted twice and it seriously needs painting again! I can't seem to keep the paint on it. It looks good for about 3-weeks and then it all starts chipping and cracking right off again. It frustrates the ***k out of me
