what stores carry wire wheel acid? i cant seem to find it anywhere

The wire wheel "cleaner" you can buy at stores like Wal-Mart doesn't work at all IMO.
You'll probably need to get some professional chemicals. You could try going to a couple dealerships and asking them for the number of the guy who supplies their detailer with chemicals. Typically these guys stop by dealerships once a week and maybe you can call him, meet him up there, and get a gallon of the "real" stuff
