Will 285 tires...... ??

Will 285/40/17s work with 17x9.5 54+ offset tires all around or will I have problems with rubbing and banging?

Car is a 2000 SS

should fit fine, my rub just slighty and my roh's i think are 44 offset, thats why the do rub a tad and i mean like just scuff, inner fender well,
