Whelp, I now have a daily driver, so the Camaro is going to take a breather for about a year. During this time i plan on building a 383, and redoing the interior. I want to do it in white leather. Its grey cloth right now. I was wondering if white leather was an option any year for the Camaros/firebirds. I think it would be cheaper if i could find a wrecked one and steal its seats. Also, i will be redoing the carpet too. Where these every avaible white? Thanks for your help.

 

I have white leather from a 2000 Camaro... it was a option on the LS1 camaros... I forget EXACTLY what year range... but although it was a option.. it was RARE as hell... it would be alot easier to get the 30th anniversary white leather, but that has the little 30th logos and the backs of the front seats are not white leather, only the front

I am going the weight reduction / all 1 color theme - so I am looking for dark gray or black seats....

My car came with white leather, and it is just a 99 Z28. I love it. Looks like it came from the creator himself. Although i would like the trans am seats better, due to air up bolsters and the like.

It's called Lambert Salvage in Mosouri, and Billy Grahams in Texas can get you the same deal. (I think)

For the other guy who wants to switch to black, New carpet is 150, or you can get it used for 75 from speed automotive. Door panels will go for 75-150 on Ebay or in the for sale section here. Plastic panels are going to be expensive, so call speed automotive or or one onf the aforementioned salvage yards. The headliner should run you between 50 and 75. And the seats between 400 - 600. So you are lookin at somewhere between 675 and 1050
