White gauges and LED bulbs, FYI

Just an FYI. I have the Macewen white gauge face on my 95 Z and had trouble seeing my turnsignal indicators. Felt like an old geezer a few times when I discovered I'd been driving around with my blinkers on. Anyway I got the white 6 LED bulbs from Superbriteleds.com and now they are much brighter. Soldering them into the PC base is a pain but not too hard.
Later.

You don't have to solder them to the PC board... you can solder them into the bulb holder

Correct. PC Base (bulb holder) not PC Board.

How much does this help? Could we maybe get before and after pics?

I'm laughing.
Sure don't want to pull the dash apart again and put in the old bulbs for a pic.
The comparison is going from not being able to see the turnsignals in the sunlit daytime to being able to see them all the time.

Anyone have a pic of red LEDs in a 93-96 cluster? I really want to do this, but have been worried about the results.

One option is to order Pontiac red PC (Printed Circuit) bulbs. Here's the part number for the bulb/socket combination.
25087583 contains 2 PC194R red lamp and socket. About $1.70 each if they are still available.
