Where to get SS spoiler?

where is the best place to buy an SS spoiler.....the 98+ one.

Ordered one from one place offline...it was an aftermarket one, they called back and want $100 shipping...it said 35 on their site. So I cancelled that one

Any good aftermarket ones? or should I try to get a GM one

I got one off of a wrecked SS. Everything lined up perfect and the car was out the door in 15 minutes. I would hold out for a real one if you can wait. On the other hand I had been looking for almost 2 years. I've heard some horror stories about the after markets.

My brother worked at a chevy dealer a little while back and guess how much they wanted with the employee discount, $999. I told em to jam it up there @ss.

Found a factory one on ebay for 339 and I payed 150 for paint. I had to get a new light however cause it was messed up so there was another 120. When the dust cleared the spoiler was on and the wallet was $600 lighter. Still better then paying SLP off however. If i had to do it over agin i'd probably get the 96 SS from SLP for like 200.

I really like the way mine looks on my car. I think the lip on the 98+ is bigger so it looks meaner from the side. The 96 spoiler is cool cause its rare.
I had a 96 SS drive past me the other day and I was suprised by how much I liked it.

If I were you I wouldn't compromise if you want the 98+. Just keep your eyes open for one. The price diffrence though makes a think a little bit.
