where can I get longer wheel studs?

where can I get longer wheel studs?
I bought spacers to use with my 99 Vette wheels...they are 7/16", and dont leave any threads exposed for the stock lugs. Anyone know where to get longer lugs and how hard they are to change on the front and back hubs?
