Well it seems somebody decided to hit my 1997 SS today and now im stuck fixing the damage. I want to make sure i get the best quality parts for the right prices.

Are their recommended places to find good quality parts?

im going to need a front bumper cover, header panel, and possibly a drivers side fender if it wont straighten out, it didnt crack.

I'm also going to buy some new clear corners, but wanted to go with the black tinted ones. not sure which ones i should go with, so many diff styles out there on ebay.

best price for a gm bumper cover was 225.80 from gmpartsdirect.com

You could try Ebay or the classifieds on this site for someone parting a car. I know the Ebay bumper covers are cheaper, not sure how they stack against an actual GM piece in terms of quality.

 

Stay away from the cheap ebay ones, i learned my lesson already. They don't line up right and the plastic cracks real easy, be patient and try to find an a GM cover.

I would look around for some used stuff. More than likely it will be original GM parts that will fit perfect and you will pay way way way less than anywhere else. I just finished replacing all the parts you are going to have to and I got all of it for $275 from a guy I know locally. Just be patient, it will pay off.
