i had the same problem with 275 tires on 17" rims, but my car is lowered. i tried the jounce bumper spacers, helped a little, but problem didn't go away til i rolled the inner fender tab.
is your car lowered? cos if it is, the axle will shift to the right a little after lowering. that could be why the right only is rubbing.
that was probably my problem, but the axle offset was so minimal (couldn't even measure it using a plumb-bob) i decided to roll the fender instead of paying 100 bucks for an adjustable pan hard..

on a stock suspension, i got my black rims, bolted them up, and they worked fine (17x9.5 38mm offset with 275/40/17's). most ZR1's on camaros are 50mm or 56mm offset, which means that my 38mm offset "stick out" about 3/4" farther than most would.
fast forward a couple months: i lower the car with eibach prokit / bilsteins. right rear ONLY rubs when i hit big bumps on the freeway. my rubbing was on the outer edge of the tire, it was getting jammed up into the wheelwell and hitting the 'tab' (for lack of a better word) of the fenderwell just above the outer edge of the tire. so, i did some research, and everyone said that lowering the car will shift the rear axle to the right, which made perfect sense as to why only the right rear was rubbing. so i bought an adjustable PHR. i also measured to see if the rear axle was not centered, but i couldn't detect any off-center using a plumb-bob measuring method. so now what was i going to do, use the APHR to make my axle off-center to stop it rubbing???
fast forward one week: while still waiting for the APHR to arrive, i found a site that recommended installing the SLP jounce bumper spacers. well, at about $20, i decided to try those first and see if they work, and i could return the APHR.
fast forward another week: got the jounce bumper spacers, installed them, problem gone!! returned APHR.
fast forward another couple months: i got greedy, i had some 1/4" wheel spacers lying around and i wanted to install them (i like the tires to be the widest part of the car, i like the look). so i installed them, and the rubbing returned. so now i'm pissed, and i was determined to not just remove the spacers, but to figure out another way to solve the problem. so i'm back to either A) buying another APHR, which i was convinced i didn't need or B) roll the fender lip upwards so it wouldn't rub on the tire.
i chose B. so using a hammer wrapped in a t-shirt, i beat on the fender lip and slowly bent it upwards. the paint will crack when you do this, but i just peeled the paint chips off and spray painted it so it won't rust. none of it is visible unless your head is up in the fenderwell. so that solved my problem.
so................... that's my entire experience. is your car lowered? if it is, my advice would be to measure your rear axle to determine if it is off-center. if it is, definitely go with the APHR. if it's not off-center enough to notice in your measurements, i'd go with the relatively cheap jounce bumper spacers. and as a last resort, go with the fender rolling.
hope this short novel will help you. good luck, let me know if you have any more q's.
