Ive narrowed down what I want to these three hoods and racing stripes, I love the 4in SS hood since ive only seen it on 1 car but I also love the oldschool look of the cowl hoods, The VFN 4in version retains some of the stock hood beauty lines where as the glasstek is smoother and not as angled. Also im going carbed with my 383 this summer and i need all of the clearence I can get thats why I chose this 3. I was thinking about fabbing up an intake elbow like the old blower cars and the 3 hole inlet and throttle cable and make to fit the SS hood, If I do it right it would look hot but....

what all do you guys like???

I don't care for 4" cowl hoods... too high for my tastes.

I also saw that 4" SS hood and didn't like it at all. So, for me it would be between the other two

Hey, have you thought about the Harwood 2.5 inch cowl hood. I don't know if you like it or if it will give you enogh clearance but that is one to think about. I have that hood and love it. And, I've never seen one in my area.

yah I looked at the harwood before and it would give me enough clearnce I think with a low profile filter but I dedcided it was to wide o try and fit the stripes the way i wanted too.
