A wooden steering wheel?!

I've never seen an actual wood steering wheel in a Camaro before. I've only seen wood covers on the steering wheel ring before. How odd. It doesn't look bad necessarily, but it just doesn't make a lot of sense. Weird enough that I had to share...

i would agree really weird... good thing is it is stuff that can easly be fixed and swaped out.

It's an automatic too, bet it even has a V6. lol. Some terrible mods. And yeah, if you are going to do a wooden steering wheel, do it right:

 

Each to his own, but those are some terrible mods. It is a clean car and those little faux pas' can easily be changed.
I have to admit, that is a nice steering wheel, but it's not for a Camaro, maybe a Lexus.

 

Odd, this car was just added to the gallery on ls1tech. Coincidentally the 2nd wood steering wheeled Camaro I've ever seen. I'd hate to get in a wreck and hit my head on that center portion.

steering wheel would look good if he got the whole wood trim kit for the dash. Wheels are not right for a camaro, more lke for a sedan, not a coupe.

 

What's the deal with the passenger side air bag???????? Looks like it's ready to deploy!!!!!!!
