I'd give it an "ehh." Honestly, unless it was packing a blown 383 under the hood, I probably wouldn't give the car a second look. IMHO, stock looking cars just blend in with a crowd. If this is what you are going for, then you did a good job. It does look good. But I'm more of an attention-getter type of guy. Think about it like this, if you saw 100 Camaros lined up in a parking lot, and they were all stock except for one, say something like Crk's car, which would you stop to look at??? Just something to think about.

 

Man, rough crowd. I think just having that color and the 97-99 C5 wheels (never seen them on a F-Body in real life) will be enough to stand out. The quad exhaust looks great on your car and I hardly ever see that also. Now, if it were me there is no way I would stop there but I wish I saw more Camaros on the road that look that good. Very nice!

 

Sorry, but I would honestly look at his car before I looked at yours. I can't tell you have a 383 without looking under the hood and I see clear corners and a wing and that's it.

 

We all have our opinions. BTW, i dont have the clear corners anymore, and the wing is coming off soon. decided to go with a different look. I never said it looked bad, just nothing special either #*Not that my car is!!!*#

not a bad look, i like the color. if i were gonna spend the $$ on corvette rims i would buy the chrome thin spokes. i like those better.

and i liek the exhaust...what mufflers are complimenting those tips?

 

i personnally like the c5 wheels A LOT! I wanted them badly on my car but never fell into a good deal for them, until i already had 2 sets of rims
now i have one and might do one of a few things...buy c5's are powdercoat them black or Zr-1's (if arent black, then coat them black) or just do the rims i have =)

good luck..as long as YOU like them c-5', then your striaght!

 

thanks dave for startin out the good reply's but anyways im definatly not stoppin there, as for spending the money on c5 rims, i got those off of my fathers vette for real cheap, im lookin into powder coatin mine black, droppin it about an inch, slp loud mouth w/quad tip kit, maybe a 3.73, a panhard rod, heads/cam, headers, so this is just what itll be soon with the money i have to spend on it now, but thanks all for the comments i appreciate them alot, except for that one guy

i think it looks great, keep that car clean and sleak, lowering and tint all around would be great. paint the interior pieces that purple color. i would also go with a dark color on the rims. dark charcoal grey.

 

yeah im in the middle of painting the interior, i got 3 vents done, tryin to figure out what else i wanna paint, maybe the area around the shifter, and the little vents at the top of the dash,

 

dunk - I apologize, i thought those pics were what you were gonna leave it as. If you do tint and stuff like that, it will look a hell of a lot better. Again, didnt mean for ya to take it the wrong way
