I have to get the front end of my car fixed (read the sig to see what happened) and when I went for an estimate today I found out that since they'll be blending the fenders, they gotta take off the Z28 badges on each side and replace them.......I was thinking about putting silver or chrome ones on anyway, and I figured now is as good a time as any to put them on, since they're being taken off I might as well go ahead with it.

So I was just wondering if chrome badges would look good on a Polo Green Metallic car or not? Because someone mentioned to me that they only look good on black Camaros.....I found this to be a bunch of BS but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask here just to get some opinions.......thanks.

Pull them off, put them back on with 3m emblem tape. Then buy overlays from Brent.

Well, the shop is getting new ones from GM apparently, so they're the ones dealing with pulling them off and putting them back on. I was going to get the overlays before this crap happened, but I figured since they're gonna be coming off anyway, may as well get new ones. But I'm just looking for opinions from both sides, so it's all good.

 

I think it would look pretty good. It would probably look best on black, but I think it would look better than regular ones on any color car.
