What Drill bit is used to put on Billet pedals from DynoPro?

I think I sent some PM's out but no response yet, soooo.... I got these:

However, I can't get through the metal stock pedal to drill the hole. I have used "Heavy duty metal" bits and it just won't go though....any suggestions?

Thanks

It doesn't take anything special. Its just steel. Drill slow, not fast.

Ok, actually my drill is Sh^t. I borrowed a cordless Ryobi that is like $200 and BAMM! Drilled each hole in about 20-30 seconds. My $25 Black and Decker corded POS is decorating my trash can. However, in all fairness I did have it hooked up to one of those power converter thingies that you plug into the lighter and you get a couple of AC outlets. The power seemed fine but the drill needs to die.
